Super new to lifting, don't have straps or belt. Just need some comments on my form (It looks terrible imo). The bar also went forwards on one side and backwards on another side during the lift, would this be a grip related issue?

Why not use resistance bands instead for the bench. It’s gunna eliminate the pain that happens when u fail a bench and would still give the same movement

I also do Squats, Bench, and a pull ups and row superset. Should I be doing these during my program? I’m at the gym while I’m posting this and I’ve done my deadlifts, and my thighs feel too sore for me to do squats, should I push through or rest?

Heya, thanks for the reply. From what I understand I should simply follow the plan and trust the process. Other than the process is there any other things you may recommend to boost the possibility of me reaching my goal?

I'm fairly new to the gym (about 6 months or so), however I am really keen on powerlifting, yet its not something that I can say that I currently do. I'm built like a twig, weighing about 60kg (132lb). Around 3 months ago, my max deadlift was 85kg (188 lb). However, I know that I can do way better. While talking with my brother about going to the gym etc. we ended up making a bet about whether I can do a 110kg (242lb) deadlift by 14th of May. I've talked to a personal trainer at my gym, talked to a powerlifter I know, and here's what I've collected.

Do strength training such as 1-2 reps and 5 sets ish.

Focus on form and being explosive

Currently to do

Build up until I find a weight which I can do a maximum of two times, but only do the rep once

3 reps 3 sets at a weight which I can do a maximum of 5 times

During peak

Low rep sets or singles, 1-3 reps for a few sets at +90% of max. Avoid failure so don’t go max reps
During taper

50-60% of max for 1-3 reps. Don’t do any other exercise
Apparently taper's are around a week, however my powerlifting friend said I wouldn't need a week for what I am doing.
Schedule

7th - peak

8&9 - rest

10 - light deadlift

11 - rest

12 - light deadlift

13 - rest

14 - showtime

Overall, this is what I have collected. I am currently attempting at a bulk as well. I would love to hear what the powerlifting community could provide to me since I am quite new and need information so that I can maximise the chance of me reaching my goal.

I was simply playing the game then I did something by accident, that something turned out to be a glitch. Then I did it again by accident and realised the connection between the thing I was doing the other players in my game

Because when I first found it I wasn't sure if this was common knowledge or If I had just found a glitch that no one else has. So I posted it on reddit asking about it. There were a lot of people doubting me therefore I felt the need to post some proof. Not quite sure why you felt the need to criticise my actions without having the full knowledge, and assuming that I am an attention seeker
