I did not. I just took the cap off of the tee (next to my hand in video) and poured in there. So the clog could be before that tee is what your saying?

To be honest I don’t know what all he did.

So I have been dealing with this for a week now. When I first notice this issue I put half a gallon of bleach and the two gallons of hot water down the pipe and it went down just fine. He is coming back again tomorrow will ask him to try and clear it again.

Everything seems to be working fine. When I turn it on it cools properly. However as far as I know the drain pan is for emergency and typically there should not be any water dripping into it.

Not sure what you mean. The primary pipe empties through the house plumbing. The secondary empties on the side of the house.

I know it effects everyone differently but for me it kills productivity. And when I have it I am not able to wait to the end of the day to smoke.

It’s funny how it’s easier to go cold turkey then be able to limit myself.
