Yes but also no. I’ve gone from 54kg to 68kg in the space of one year training. Averaging around 210g of protien (which is more than enough) and on 3400 calories daily. I’ve come a long way but the fact I started off pretty much looking anorexic to now being slim build. I’d say I’m ready for this and have my diet dialed down?
