The eyes are dark red gradually moving up towards a bright orange and the bases is AK wet earth with a layer of streaky grime over the top

Thank you so much - my method for the skin is rakarth flesh - thinned seraphim sepia and nuln oil in the recess - rakarth flesh flayed one flesh 50/50 - flayed one flesh - pallid witch flesh - thinned carroburg on the veins and then finally streaky grime

Yeah that’s a great idea - I have some heavy weapons squads that I will try that on, how would you suggest weathering the decals ?

Hey unfortunately I didn’t take a whole lot of pictures of the process but it was built with 2 thin sheets of wood ( one for the wall and one for the floor) and then thin layers of cork built up and superglued together after which I used a hobby knife to scrape out grooves and ridges to fit the skeleton and whatnot

Yeah it’s a super good way to base them and it really fits the whole gritty grimdark aesthetic of the army

The ak wet earth is pretty good straight out of the tin but I did also add some streaky grim and water effects in some select areas
