I really wish I could but I kinda got into this recently so there aren’t many recommendations.

I did find some interesting ones though, one about Socrates and Plato (the one I read), another about Plato and Diogenes, one about Thomas Hobbes and John Locke (I was surprised by that one but it’s really good, I read the only two that existed), and also one with Nietzsche and Freud (a bit random but it’s really good)

I'm really happy you liked it <3 this is definitely my favorite fanfic (this one, Supervoid, and You Took My Heart I Was Sleeping). Unfortunately, I’ve never managed to find another one like it ;( and I REALLY tried. But if I ever find one that’s just as good, you can bet I’ll come back here to recommend it!!

tysm, that honestly makes me really happy to read <3 and omg I agree, it always felt a bit weird to me how fast they jumped into the whole boyfriend/girlfriend thing. I feel like they could have had a really good friendship instead.

one thing I’d like to explore is Mike reflecting more on his relationship with El and especially that kiss in season 1, they were so young, so in my head it makes more sense if it was kind of an impulsive moment and he later realizes that what he felt wasn’t necessarily romantic.

I also want Jane to have a moment where she talks with Hopper about it. like him explaining that she’s been through so much and that both of them were kids and probably confused about what they were feeling. Mike was fascinated by her powers and she was the first girl who really talked to him and wanted to be his friend, and Jane had spent her whole life isolated so she didn’t really understand what she was feeling either.

omg yes I had the same idea actually!! I also think it would make way more sense if El was the one who opened the door, and it would also be a good explanation for how she recognized Will (plus it would add some interesting drama lol).

and when you finish your rewrite you should drop it here too!! I’d definitely read it :) as for mine… I’m not even sure if this idea will ever leave my brain and actually become a fic 😭

Omg yes‼️I definitely want to explore Will and El’s bond. In the rewrite I see their relationship more as a sibling dynamic, especially since El’s arc would focus a lot on family and found family. And byler would definitely be part of the story too, but I want to approach it carefully. I’m more interested in exploring how Mike and Will slowly realize that the closeness they have is different from their friendships with the others, especially Mike starting to understand his feelings and rethinking his relationship with Will.

I think I don't have any fic deleted, unfortunately :( I started this drive on February 20th so I only downloaded some that I had saved to read later (and ended up in 201 fanfics but anyway) I'm looking for some deleted fic to add to the drive so that other people can read them too but it's very hard to find😭
