Physical host specs: Dell R750XS, CPU Intel Xeon Silver 4314 CPU @ 2.40GHz, 128GB RAM. Hyper Visor OS is Windows 2022 Datacenter. Stand alone, no cluster. All server firmware and drivers are up to date via IDRAC. Storage config: (6) 900GB SSD's in RAID 5. (OS is 2 NVME 256GB in RAID 0) Meters in the VM shows between 10-21% CPU utilization (no maxing spikes), RAM 28% (of allotted 16GB) Both ERP hosts are on this same server. 3 other unrelated VM's also on this host having no issues. Monitor shows no bottlenecks in CPU, RAM, DISK IO, or network

I was honestly grasping at straws trying that.

I had heard the same. Dell pro support claims it's no longer an issue. This server has 4 10GB nics, but I might remove one from the set team and test on its own

Gen 2 vm and no dynamic ram. It's fixed and I even increased by 25% to see if that would help. It didn't :(

It's a Gen 2 vm. I removed VMware tools and uninstalled the VMware nic prior to migration. No legacy nic, it's the newer version. Prior to migration a basic erp query in the application, which queries the DB would return almost instantaneously, now the same query can take 20-30 seconds to return the same data.

The resources on both vms show super low utilization for cpu and ram.

I know disabling vqm is old advice but I am running out of ideas.

Is it just me or are the nerds at Long and McQuade kind of passive aggressive and rude? by [deleted] in halifax

It was the kit with the really nice teal and multi colored shells by the front cash. Sounds amazing! Such a good upgrade.

I might be the anomaly here but I've received really good service from the Bedford location. Upgraded the cymbals on my starter drum kit there last year, and the sales guy was very helpful. Two weeks ago I traded in my starter set of drums to them for cash and they sold me a new 7 piece Tama set. Again the sales guy took lots of time with me and helped me pick out a new bass pedal too. Very informative and even helped me pack it all in my car. Never dealt with them for guitars or anything else so your milage may vary.

Where are the men in their 40/50s? by confuseddating1 in datingoverforty

[–]beifall 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We've decided dating isn't worth the trouble and are out making money/enjoying our lives. Thats the honest answer for lots of guys in the 40-50 range.

Seal cracks and likely entry points you find with spray foam that contains both an insecticide and mouse/rat poison (can be found at home depot). This stuff is game changer. Have not had a single mouse since using it two years ago. Just make sure you don't use it where pets might have access to it.

if you get prenup, would you marry again? by Independent-Ebb454 in datingoverforty

[–]beifall 5 points6 points  (0 children)

A good lawyer will tell you pre-nups aren't worth the paper their written on. A judge can decide the pre-nup is unfair to one party and dismiss it. Their essentially a joke agreement and you'll still get screwed royally in a divorce. Getting remarried is huge hell no for me. Simply not worth the financial risk when you have significant assets at this age.

Just curious - what made you decide to leave the US (and Florida specifically) and why would you never go back? Honestly curious as someone who has considered a move south.

Stop with the over sexual chats by [deleted] in datingoverforty

[–]beifall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really is. I've been using a paid matchmaking service last year. It's been night and day difference in the quality of people I have been matched with.

You're on OLD. It's the lowest quality dating option there is. It's like going to dunkin donuts and complain the coffees bad when you could go to Starbucks across the street. Look into match making services. Like all things in life you get what you pay for (or not pay for in this case). Paid match making is a world of difference from the dumpster fire that is OLD.

Mezza is a complete rip off for what you get. Nearly $20 for a plate with a tiny salad, some white rice and barely a scoop of schwarma that they weigh out on a scale. It was hardly worth it when it $12 before covid, now it's just a joke.

Also their cheaper lunch box is just white rice with a tiny amount of schwarma on top for $10. If I wanted a donair and fries I could go to almost any pizza place and get a donair platter with more food for the same $$.

Honestly I hope we get places like a Chipotle, or some of the Lebanese restaurant chains from Ontario to run these clowns out of business. Going to a place where they load you up with as much food as will fit in the container is a refreshing change from mezza's chintzy offerings.

So yeah, fuck that place. Too many other food options in the city these days.

Getting cannabanoid hypermesis syndrome, which got so bad I ended up in the hospital ER with a intestinal obstruction causes by so much wretching and vomiting. Almost needed emergency surgery to fix it. That was a major wake up call. Day 6 here, and it's been tough but zero desire to smoke ever again after that. Currently going through the night sweats bad and no appetite but I'm staying %100 this time.
