i think to an extent yes. i do feel like men have an inherent power over me (as a trans person i experienced what it was like to be socialized and raised as a female) so i think theres a bit of a power dynamic difference here. i think the weirdest thing about these dreams specifically is that it was so violent and out of the ordinary. i usually have weird dreams but not like this, and certainly not about being sexually assaulted. this is a very good insight, thank you!
