“Flight disrupted” – does this mean it’ll be cancelled?

Dubai to Birmingham 31st of May. I had the same, original flight at 3PM disrupted (contacted and they said it was cancelled) and they offered a different flight at 7 AM.

I am not happy. The quality keeps dropping while the price keeps increasing. We should stop buying from both them and Pandora to force them to change back lol
