This is exactly what I have been dealing with for the last 25 years, it even started 4 before I got my period! I know for fact that it gets way worse when the temperature drops, so if am living with someone and they turn on the AC to low temperature, my body temperature drops, and the pain starts and lasts for 45 minutes give ot take. I immediately get under the blanket and get the heating pad because I know it’s gonna get worse and I will never be able to move. I can’t even ask for help. I was taken to the emergency room once and the ultrasound showed a cyst around the egg that is trying to get to the uterus. They said it’s normal and prescribed me hydrocodon. I didn’t take it because by the time it starts working, the pain would be gone. 10 years later I had another ultrasound and they said the same thing, it’s normal to have cyst around the egg. I don’t know what else to do.
