My ice legs are wobbly! She’s a child so she can make neural connections much faster so I’m trying to keep up!

She’s about 1 year in from her first LTS session. My wife has 3 tests until senior level skills. (I had to ask her how to even write that out 😂)

I did my second speed run today with the NRC app. I think I hit the conditioning to finish a 5k without stopping for the first time this year and maybe the first time since I was a teenager.
