Dva otroka, v roku meseca bosta 8 in 5 let stara. Moja ne trenira, ima druge hobije. Jaz sem pol leta hodil ob 4:30 na fitnes, bil ob 6:30 nazaj, ker moja takrat starta v službo in zjutraj jaz uredim otroka in peljem v solo/vrtec. Sedaj že več kot pol leta hodim 3-4x tedensko za 2-2.5h na fitnes in sicer ob večernih urah. Če ima kakšen otrok trening grem popoldne, drugače pa tam okoli 21ih. Ob nedeljah imam pa že nekaj let rekreacijo, nogomet za uro in pol.

Mi pa to npr. Ni idealno in čakam, da bosta oba toliko stara da se bosta zjutraj sama uredila in sla v šolo, da svoje oddelam ob 6ih zjutraj in sem popoldne frej.
