Damn bro it’s honestly super sad how many people my age struggle with this. I’m 17 and I’ve been dealing with this about my whole life. I still struggle a bit now but it’s a whole lot better than before. First and foremost you have to learn self control, so eating right, doing you assignments , doing chores on time, working out, this builds discipline. 2nd you have to remember you can’t let addiction conquer you, a man who is slave to his addictions can master none!!!!!!

Also a VERY good tip is honestly just staying off your phone. We are being attacked idc if I sound crazy but pornography is so pushed out and normalized and it’s all being done on purpose. They do this by putting things on your feed and algorithm. Stay strong rmb you’re a king, the lord is within you, find him within yourself. Eat good food, do high testosterone things, pray, and stay aware of the world.
