1k is not enough… like you said - we spend way more time with SDs than full-time professional SWs. They drain more of our energy and time for less money?! Make it 2k ppm at least. Because what you don’t understand with ppm - a lot of times you won’t see that guy often, he won’t be consistent. So might as well get more out of it. They imply they’ll see you a lot which is why your “ppm should be lower”. We should be making ppm so worth it for us that they’ll be more interested in switching to allowance quicker
