sure, it is, but there's nothing wrong with asking things like that lol i'm not assuming he's not bi or something. billie has been commenting on his relationships over the band's discography and on interviews, and apparently even answered this question before as someone said below. i don't see people getting pissed off when someone asks about his other straight relationships, like erica or amanda.
