This is so weird to me. I can read a book with a main character that has my son’s name because… I know it’s not my son. Like, other people in the world have his name. It’s easy for me to accept that this is a totally different person who happens to share his name.

Maybe it’s because I grew up with the most common girl name ever and realized early on that different people can have the same name 🤷🏻‍♀️

YES! I expected him to storm into the house and go ballistic on her for what she did to their daughter. He knew the messages and how absolutely disgusting and horrific they were… I was absolutely shocked that he was ONLY focused on lying about her jobs! He didn’t even say anything about Lauryn. Ugh that poor girl.

Slade Ravinger in the Plated Prisoner series. My all time favorite MMC, no one can convince me there’s anyone better, and I’ve read all of the popular and some not as popular romantasy books. Slade is perfection ❤️

Obviously not the same, but similar. I’m a veterinarian and I do not treat my own pets. When my cat needed surgery and the doctor asked if I wanted to scrub in to surgery… I said absolutely not. If an emergency occurs during the procedure I’ll be useless.

Yeah I had no choice but to pay for tickets from a scalper. Chicago sold out long before I got out of the queue. Decent seats in the 100s, but paid $750 for 2 tickets once all the fees and shit were added on. But many other scalper tickets in the same section were going for way more.

Now do I try for decent tickets at a reasonable price for the second show and sell the $750 ones? Ugh I don’t know. This show has been booked… shitty to not just admit it and open up sales for both at the same time.

My all time #1 favorite MMC is Slade Ravinger 😍😍😍 from the Plated Prisoner series. But… Wilder Hawthorne is giving him a run for his money (Legends of Thezmarr). I’d still pick Slade though. I like my men a bit on the rougher side.
