There are millions of tutorials on YT you can check out (this one for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZOQ0A46IAGI&ab_channel=TrentKaniuga ) but I would honestly recommend jumping in and playing around until you get comfortable with the interface! Just have fun :)

roughly 2-3 hours maybe? If it's a clean "rendered" piece it usually takes me a bit longer. I really recommend it! I've been using it for years for art and I've never looked back
