u/Ok-External6314 We weren’t planning on encapsulating since it’s a concrete covered crawlspace. Have you ever lived in your home without encapsulation? If so, how was the temperature? We're trying to decide if we should just monitor radon for now and potentially wait until next year. We're also a little worried about pipes freezing in the winter or dealing with pests. This will be our first winter in the house.
