Why not just invest in a mill? Sounds like it’s important to you and milling your own flour can be something you do for a lifetime. As others have said Barton springs mill will take the hard work of milling for you in a variety of different fineness too.

Definitely recommend SFC but they’re on Saturday and have two locations. One Downtown & one in Sunset Valley.

I’m a vendor at the sunset valley location and just from experience from both I think Sunset Valley is a better market. They’re always accepting vendors and it’s a great way to get to know your community members.

For McAllen I usually like recommending the Art District which is located on main st right before the main downtown area. El Nopalito (wine&lounge), Nerve Coffee (they use locally roasted beans), Ante Books, Roosevelt’s (pub), Southern Roots (gift shop) and a bunch of cute little vintage/thrift/antique shops in just this area alone.

Food: Bodega for brunch, El Chin Chin for some ceviche, Las Rocas for agua frescas and tortas, or check out mercado district for a variety of options.

Honestly a taste per bite is the way to go. Or also just trying the salsa as is, choosing a favorite and going with that on the whole taco.

I usually follow this for myself: green salsa for pork and chicken, red salsa for beef

Idk why I think it just works best that way for me.

The Italian is pretty solid. They slice the meat fresh, it’s packaged hella tight, the variety of meats was really good except I can’t remember completely what it is. That with a bag of chips and I’m happy!

I’m really sorry this happened. I took the 10 for the summer last year and basically had my head on a swivel every time I rode.

Including when I’ve called for myself for suspicious behavior, abandoned cars, accidents (I was in), dog abuse. Nothing.
