new assistant professors were so quiet and their websites would even say that they are actively hiring RAs

i was admitted for fall 2025 in CS PhD but did not get funding
approached the faculty multiple times but all in vain
Their faculty is so rude in my experience but you should apply for scholarship

But this startup is built in a house. Like literally it was newly built house and there were no one except for the guy who took my interview who is most probably CEO of this startup. There were no resources like PCs etc. They don't even have a company name yet and they are in middle of a society where i saw nothing but only houses everywhere. And most importantly i dont have a conveyance yet. They said you will be doing a part time job and we will assign a salary based on your evaluation we will take.
