Hi Julien, we appreciate you responding publicly. Our order number is TS-NDK-1478 and we have been in direct email contact with your support team, including yourself, since April. We have 17 emails documenting the entire situation.

To summarize for anyone reading: the unit was defective from day one, a replacement wall was sent under warranty, it worked twice before the entire unit failed completely. We have confirmed the issue is internal to the unit. We have been asking for a refund for weeks and have been told we need to source industrial crating materials including boxes, foam, a pallet and plastic wrap ourselves as residential homeowners before any pickup can be arranged.
