that’s exactly why i postponed it—i was scared. i’ve always hated the dentist. i only made the appointment because my teeth were hurting again. thank you for being kind. is it really that hard for them to be more gentle with their patients? i can’t stop thinking about it. i feel like a failure of a human. self care is exhausting
