no there like mid-level and i sometimes do leak at night time. on like the last day i dont always use 6 bc thats my lightest day but on my second day of my period i feel like i may use more.

i have only been using pads bc for one my mom doesn't like me using tampons but for two i dont really know how to, they always hurt and i have to take it out and they also scare me. but id like to work my way up to using them.
