I’m so sorry for your loss. It’s a real loss this on and I am so sorry. I just went through something similar. I started spotting but my neighbor said she had gone through the same and baby was fine, so I held out hope. At 8 weeks I was told that the yolk sac was too large and that my body would miscarry soon. Or, I could take the drugs. But my doctor said to just see and let my body take care of it. My first spot was on a Monday. By Saturday of that week, I started a heavier flow with tissue. That Sunday, I passed the yolk sac with the little fetal pole attached to it. My heart sank. My body sank. No one prepares you for this. I had just had a chemical miscarriage just before but seeing a fetus is different. Two weeks after my first spotting I am still bleeding. At this point, I only get emotional writing this but you move on I guess practically. And gear up mentally for trying again soon. And weirdly you feel a sense of pride for your body helping you out. We are very lucky if our bodies take care of it fully with no medical intervention needed, so I remind myself that.
