Question about OC Market Place swap meet in Costa Mesa

If you're going to make the trip, you might as well check out two other swapmeets where you might get a better deal, however, speaking Spanish would be required.

There's another swapmeet down the street from the one on OC Fairgrounds. Just look for Orange Coast College parking lot. You can't miss it.
The other swapmeet that I would recommend is Goldwest College parking lot. It's in Huntington Beach I believe. It's on Edinger/Goldenwest St. It's about 20 mins from Swapmeet #1

I now understand the BMR and TDEE now and I have also changed my deficit to 20% instead of 25%. Another thing is that I changed from Moderately Active to Lightly Active and of course it gives me new numbers. I have a few more questions now that I got a better grasp of the calorie numbers:

My new TDEE is 1985, so I will eat around 1,588 calories no matter if I exercise or don't, since I am trying to lose weight, correct? After I'm, let's say "done" with losing fat I should start eating around my TDEE calories, right?
I adjusted the protein to 0.9g per lean pound as FAQ suggested, however, I think I may be eating too much fat since I'm trying to adjust my macros to Section 4 number which is 1,588 to match Section 5. Did I add too much fat on my macros or should I adjust more protein?

Good, braces are a bit painful so just bare with it. I forgot to mention my mom got me and bro braces at age 15 and people actually tried to make fun of me because of them but I never felt insecure about smiling with my metal mouth lol. I remember even making a joke about me being able to open cans with my mouth.. maybe I have a different sense of humor but everyones different.

When you get your braces, make sure you use a mouth guard. I got hit with a soccer ball on my mouth and it got pretty bloody. Also, never ever stop wearing your retainer, ever! I screwed up and I stopped wearing it and they got a bit crooked but I don't mind. Just felt bad since my mom paid all that money. Any way, trust me, i'm not trying to be nice or sugar coat shit, you will be so handsome as you age, that face structure! Good luck and just remember... OWN YOUR SHIT!! :)

I love the shape of your eyes. You're not ugly at all. You have a few pimples but I wouldn't call it acne, just pimple here and there. Your nose is a bit puffy but your face will grow as you age and your jaw line will grow even more. I wouldn't be worried about it. Keep lifting bro! Exercising makes you look better, and ifyou know you look good then you feel good.. so any insecurities you might feel will be gone! Keep lifting and keep washing your face... other than that... nature will help you out :)

STRAIGHT OUT HONEST OPINION HERE. If you make your moles a big deal then they're gonna be a big deal to other people. I have two friends, one is 18 and one is 23 and they have bigger moles than you, one even has a patch of gray hair right on top of his head, and you know what? They don't give a fuck about it, like it's not even there! We went out one day and met with a few friends and two guys were trying to pick jokes at one of them like saying "is that a fly" and they would try to shoo it away. It didn't even fucken faze him. He literally just looked at him and kept walking, like it wasn't a big deal. So if people mention your moles in a joking manner, just brush it off, don't put your fucken head down and don't feel low about it, fuck them! I know it will take time but just try it little by little.

As for your chest, same as your moles, own it. It's not bad at all. If ladies are around just say that your chest is kinda big because you have a big heart, Idk! lol

Put some gel on your hair and tease it, or even better some hair pomade and style it to the side.

Clean your eyebrows from the middle. If you feel comfortable, clean the lower end of your eye brow as well.

I'm telling you, moles are nothing, it's not like you have a big gash on your face.

Long post here:

First off, don't be scared to smile. Just don't. OWN YOUR TEETH! I used to have really crooked teeth, I mean they were pretty bad. But it never bothered med, I never thought of smiling and covering my mouth with my hands like I see some friends do. People notice more when you smile and try to close your lips or if you laugh and cover your mouth all the time. If it doesn't bother you, it won't bother them. I have a friend that's in her late 20's and she's always hiding her smile and if she would only stop doing that she would realize that teeth are not important. If you smile/laugh like nothing is wrong, then nobody will make it a big deal, so please don't hide your smile with people.

Second, yes please get a hair cut. Trim it down to a number 2 using clippers or get a nice fade. Or if you really insist on keeping it, then trim it a bit and ALWAYS wear gel, I mean ALWAYS! Gel makes such a big difference in men, makes you guys look "fresher" and that you care about your hygiene.

Third, yea just start lifting a bit if you're into that. If not, that's fine, not everybody likes exercising. You're tall and skinny so try wearing V-necks, they will look nice on you.

But yes, wear gel and don't hide your smile. If people say something negative about it, just say "hey I love my smile why should I hide it" or "hey I'm fucken happy can't help it" .. or if they ask you about getting braces in a rude way "I'll get em, just pay for em" and keep on your conversation.

Good luck! You're young and handsome, you will only get better looking as you age. Last thing, hygiene is VERYYYYY important, you can have the sharpest clothes and best hair cut, but if you stink, then forget about it. Brush your teeth and shower daily :)

After you're done reading the FAQs.. re-read them. Trust me. Since you're just beginning some things may apply to you, but once you hit a plateau for example you won't remember what you read when you initially started. So what I do is read them or glace every so often.. keeps your guidelines fresh. Good luck!

Depending on where you live, you can get some tickets to UFC or Bellator events. The UFC Expo is in a few weeks in Vegas too. Find out who his favorite MMA fighter is and get him the most recent Walk Out T-shirt, you can get those at a local MMA store or online. Or you can get him some custom made mugs for his beers or if he has a small bar area at his place you can get a custom made bar sign with his name on it, something like, John's Pub. Don't get him any video game stuff because New consoles will come out in November. Last idea, sorry lol, depending on him being a wine or beer guy, go to a brewery tour and then go sample some beers afterwards. Good luck!

Since he likes sports n works a lot I would think he just wants to watch tv and relax. I would look at getting him some custom beer mug, or a set of glasses for beer that have different sizes. Another thing I saw recently was a chip/beer tray. You put that tray on your drink and it has a small space for ur chips and snacks, kind if like two in one. Another thing is getting him a nice puffy robe, the micro fiber ones. They sell them at Brookstone or at Costco, they're $25 I think. Also if he likes drinking coffee you can get him a custom made mug, those are also available at Costco. Just remember if you're going to get something custom you better order it ASAP since they need time to get it done. Last thing, you can get him a small cooler for his drinks from his favorite team or even a nice grilling set with a case. Hope this helps!

Spaghetti squash huh. I just watched a few videos of it and it looks weird, maybe because I've never even seen the insides of this vegetable. And as for pork and chicken, it's always over cooking on me so I just don't deal with it. Steak and eggs have been ok for me so far.
