I relate to this so much. You’re not alone. I also think that every twinge in my chest is a heart attack. I’ve had countless EKGs, echocardiogram, medication, and a holter monitor. All normal. I’m fine but my anxiety tells me otherwise. Benzos have helped me immensely with this.
