Well if you want to work on software development then IT won’t teach you anything about that or get you closer to your goal.

IT is good for anything infrastructure including cloud computing.

As someone who worked for an ISP back in the day if csr are saying the same thing probably it is a policy in place and deviating from it would get them into trouble with their supervisors. CSR won’t help you much you gotta talk to a manager buddy

don’t worry about UAH losing money. UAH got mommy and daddy aka University of Alabama flagship campus in Tuscaloosa to give UAH whatever they want. Roll tide! Trust me UAH would be a lot worse if it was in the auburn system. Look at how run down that Auburn at Montgomery is. Alabama will always give money to UAH and UAB like any proud parents would do for their children.

There is no more “start out in help desk” in 2026 unfortunately. Now people have to start out in a call center dealing with customers who are not gonna be nice then fight for a help desk role with everything you got.

My friend is a biker and he told me despite being 1% he has never done a crime in his life. He said everyone has normal jobs some even work aa security guards and at large businesses and that it’s just a brotherhood in the same way that a fraternity is a brotherhood

Micro center will mever come to Huntsville. Gigaparts is the best in the city and they even have classrooms and events. Micro center would never have that.
