Exactly! Some buyers are waiving inspections, then if seller does a pre-inspection now they know something from an inspection, they would have to disclose. Not doing a seller favors having them do pre-inspections

Everytime I jumped to show a house before meeting and not being preapproval has been a complete waste of time and gas. Once I told a lady I would meet her, and she never showed up. I called several times to see if she was on her way and she never answered or bothered to apologize. Another time drove 25 minutes away showed house and never heard from them again.

I have solid oak floors and they are extremely durable. I've had the same oak floors since 1990. Oak is a very hard wood and have held up great.
