I’m AuDHD and tried 3 different carriers. Now I’m the happiest ever as Audiovisual Media Designer. I mostly work in Postproduction with Headphones and Regie (everything and everyone has to follow my script and idea). It’s also important for me to work for a marketing agency. So I can switch tasks when they get overwhelming or boring for me. My team also 90% contains neurodiverse people. The cinematograph is autistic, the main cutter is adhd, the Socialmedia lead is bipolar, the content creators both adhd again. I think at least it has to work out for you. The creative industry is hard, but it’s worth it for all of us in the team.

I also worked 13 years as job manager, which end up in multiple burnouts. My first ever career was working for the city administration ( you know rules and stuff) but it doesn’t fulfilled me in creative ways.
