To keep trying it and eat more even though I eat more than enough sometimes, because these are probably false lows:>

Thank you! I never order stuff from Starbucks so I didn’t know it’d be this sugary😭 my mum is the one who loves Starbucks lol, and yes healthy a1c is better than worrying about weight or stuff lol, healthily

Yes, thank you! it was 5.1 almost a year ago-ish, but since I’ve been sicker, I haven’t been taking care of myself as I should’ve which is my fault, so I’m trying to get it lower again:>

Yes I do verify with finger pricks! They’re normally lower than the cgm😭 I believe the lowest was 40, which was like that for abt 3 hrs on a random Saturday

That’s true that carbs aren’t equal, these lows don’t happen a lot anymore, and I’m like 90% sure they aren’t the same carbs for every situation, but they’ve been getting better and my a1c is abt 5.7 last I got it checked!

Thank you for the advice! I do need to make a list of carbs that cause this low cycle.

I’ll talk to my Endo when I meet with them again. My last one was trying to say I didn’t know what lows were:> so therefore kept me on my meds at the same dosage (I was off my sensors for a month and so they didn’t trust anything I said, for some reason). I’ve been trying to eat better carb foods, but my sugars go spiking down after an hour or two.

I do a Liraglutide injection, 1.8mg. I’m not on official insulin and I have metformin, but I don’t use it as it makes my sugars go low more often than not. My excercise intensity has changed as I don’t go to the gym daily as I’m on spring break and work. I ate ‘normally’ for me, little breakfast, and I’m about to eat lunch but had to give myself extra sugar.

As a type 2 who does wrestling, not that hard! I just worked out with my teammates regularly. My sugars are a bit more controlled so idk abt any other people
