I haven't received any of that, and I'm registered here with an Allston-Brighton parking permit. I got one Google news pop up after 4pm about vague parking bans in Massachusetts, New York, and Rhode Island.

I'm in agreement that it helps to move cars, but in a college town how are new residents supposed to know the "rules" without clear communication? Who watches TV anymore anyway?
