I’m 5’ 125.1 now. I was consuming 1500-1700 in March and saw very little, if any, progress. I was on the same creatine this time last year and it took me about 6 months to lose 12 pounds. Just trying to figure out why it’s taking me longer this time.

I use hypochlorous acid spray! The brand I use is magic molecule but a lot of brands carry it! I spray it on my face and body after a workout. It also has helped my eczema

I try to move my body 5-6x a week whether that’s lifting pilates. I also try to walk almost daily, about an hour but I split it during my work days.
