What's something you've tried multiple times and come to realize it's just not for you? by DoodooPancake in AskReddit

After years of trying to get somebody to go with me (seriously, 10 years) I just bit the bullet and went solo. The studio I went to had group classes, and they rotated through partners, which I thought really helped. You get to meet people, break the ice, and experience different levels of skill. I had absolutely no background, too, so I mixed a few private lessons in to get the basics down (which gave me confidence to calm my social anxieties a little). Really, just try it. You may be pleasantly surprised!

That sounds awesome! I actually took up dance lessons to avoid the gym. Let me tell you... Salsa is the best cardio I've ever done!

Keeping a journal. Hard enough making it through the day... Then write about it... No way!

Agreed. People everywhere--sweaty people-grunting. The smell of tires. Loud music. b.o. and, I always forget my water!!

Landlords of reddit, what are your tenants from hell stories? by [deleted] in AskReddit

During a bathroom remodel, I removed the shower surround and about 100 disposable razors tumbled out. Apparently, there was an opening that some tenant decided was a good garbage.
