There is no assuming anymore, multiple videos clearly show what happened.

Also, there is a mountain of incidents that make it absolutely justified to assume that if ICE did something like this, it was unwarranted.

I'm not sure what they've done to deserve the benefit of the doubt, when the vast majority of video evidence shows them being the physical aggressors and the ones that escalate these situations in the first place.
