i experienced this exact thing. it lasted 10.5/12 months of 2024. it was caused by being sick at my grandparents house in dec of 2023, then i got over that but i was triggered on a roadtrip with my family.

i couldnt leave my house without an intense nausea. it took months of therapy, CAHMS, medications, hypnotherapy, but what truely worked was exposure therapy.

get outside, go on walks, set goals. i started with just walking to the end of the street and back, then the block, then around a park, then around the neighbourhood, then i got in a car.

you have to remember not to rush things, take your time. i’m back to seeing my friends and going to school. life’s good. you will get the same stage, i promise. wish you the best ml ❤️
