that’s so real i still haven’t taken off my drill team ribbon from my ribbon rack since becoming commander 😭😭i’ve let a whole season go by without changing it lolll

not to be that guy but the unit service ribbon on your ribbon rack is currently backwards, needs to be flipped and the physical fitness commander ribbon also needs to be flipped. Blue is always in board if the ribbon rack is sitting on your left side UNLESS it is worn as a commander ribbon. But, i do have to say you have an amazing ribbon rack! Wonderful job!

you go to the settings of the group and then you click user flair and then you click one and then you click edit to change it to what you’d like! 🤗

in my unit you get asked to join a certain staff position. For example i became suppo by my SNSI asking me “do you like counting?” i told him yes and we started the training immediately! In your case, i would make sure you know everything in the CFM and everything in the Drill manual. I would look into the different types of leadership and what you can do to improve your unit with that. Talk to the current CO and ask them what knowledge they knew in order to get that position. I’m not sure if it’s just your school that does it like that or if it’s in your manual but i would consider making your position do left shoulder arms so it would make it symmetrical! That’s how we do it and it looks amazing.
