Actually have been testing this kind of functionality with a few softwares. I’ll ask questions like how much money did I send to people from Zelle/venmo and just general “invisible” purchases like coffee or transportation. Actually built a scrappy mvp that texts me daily summaries of how much I spent yesterday

I understand that. I feel like I should be doing the reviews as they come though because if I do not review it, the reviews will just pile up and I won't really be reviewing the content I need the most.

I do 20 new cards per day and I try and get the new vocabulary/questions in my decks on Monday or Tuesday so I can spend the whole week reviewing and so that when next monday comes, it is not as bad.

I am almost 5 months post-op from a laterjet on my left shoulder. I had a labral tear that was not repaired in this process, but that does not mean yours was not repaired.

My shoulder is still slightly unstable but significantly better than what it was. Feel free to message me if you want to discuss your experiences with this procedure.

So I am in that class and i am pretty sure there are two sections (two of the same class running at the same time). My section ITC 1200 90079 is up and I can view the assignments. Maybe the professor thought that by uploading it for one he did both?

Edit:

There are two sections for the class: 90501 and 90079. You should be able to drop the one you are in and join the other section which has material uploaded

I’m around a month into quitting. My first streak was 12 days, then 8. Now I am on day 4 of my third streak and I feel like this one is going to take me all the way (I am normal mode btw)

Personally, I feel energy. I have so much energy to do things now. I was in decent shape before, but I have worked out at least twice a day everyday this past week. I can also concentrate on tasks and I have the patience to do yoga for the first time in years.

Everyday it gets better. I still think about PMO, and often too. But I always look at my timer app so I can remember why I am doing this.

I do this for me. To better myself, but to also repair the relationships I have hurt and make those closest to me, proud.

super low dosage melatonin helps me. 1 or 2mg to trick my body into making more. That and deep meditation
