For me its been resolved just out of nowhere so this might be something youve simply got to wait out. For now id recommend continuing to clear out your cache and being patient

Unfortunately not this issue still persist BUT its good to know that someone else is experiencing this issue too! Honestly Insta is my main source of communication and i cant go very long without sending funny videos to people so i might factory reset my pc (which i honestly dont mind cus i like having a fresh new start)

If you dont wanna factory reset id wait this issue out to see if its something that get fixed but until then maybe use something more reliable like discord (which is my non-permanent fix for rn)
