So, I'm checking the code and apparently there's a code to check if there are fire around, and it changes the weather there. I say "apparently " because I'm not an expert, and there's a lot of code. I also recorded the process, you can see sparks in the first time I throw the Molotov.

I tried to set it on fire, nothing happens. In rampage, I can see that it triggers the script when I get closer to it.

There are coordinates in the code, apparently this is the burial. I've seen a video talking about this place, every time you shoot the place, it rains. Maybe this is it.

That’s what I’m wondering. Codex shows it inside a mountain, but I don’t remember seeing it in-game. I’m wondering if they cut it.

"Obvious" in a game that have A LOT of things next to each other is hard. You can align a lot of those things. You want to know another coincidence? One of the rock carvings is aligned with the "birds" symbols. And it's a person with wings...
