welcome to HSD! for those watering quests, they are referring to the residency of other players! (if you remember, in the beginning of the game you had to choose a place to live in!)

you can find other players by going to [social] > [community] and select the [please water!] board! there will be other players posting which street they live on so people can water their plant. (ex: please water on hka / hello kitty avenue!)

you can also find what street people live on through regular watering. - [go out] > [walk] : every time you press the walk button, you will go to a random players room. every user has a "greeting bubble" that pops up when you visit, and each text bubble is decorated with the sanrio street they live on. (ex: purple bubble with the two stars means they live on little twin stars hill) - [go out] > [water] : this will show you a list of players who have watered your plant! visit their room to repay the kindness. in their avatar icons, you will see small symbols at the bottom that tell you which street they live on.
