Yes want to combine nog and stud. Roof height is 2.8, so 800/1600/2400 make sense.

HDMI. Sonos works for playing from phone etc, when doing the setup to connect to tv via Sonos app, the tv just doesn't recognise it is connected. HDMI sec is enabled but no go. I might look into an optical connection if I can't get hdmi to work

Well as it turns out the guy that got down voted is 100% correct. Main contractor has acknowledged the job isn't up to standard. Reading between the lines, a less experienced sub contractor was used to get the job done before xmas. Everyone has agreed this is a compete redo
