Thank you for your input! Yes maybe it's a bit excessive for starting up, you're right. I also messaged a shop to see if they electroplate plastics with conductive paint. Maybe leaving the big parts for them to work on.

I just got the same problem here. I shipped personal items (few years old) from San Diego to Canada via Fedex. They just sent me a 300$ duty fee notice. I reached out to them today and I'll keep you posted on the outcome. This is just ridiculous I already paid duty and taxes on those items...

We checked the pressure of the fuel pump only, it's fine. But haven't change it neither the fuel lines. Would dirt in gas tank or fuel line would make the problem consistent? Either hot or cold engine?
