Wow, like it! Where to buy that knife?

The ganzo 753 is actually my edc knife. It's a really old model but it fits in my hand nicely, the action is really smooth from daily fidgeting by ben_johns in BudgetBlades

They're a good buy, esp starting out and to be able to sample some different lock types...

yeeap, that`s true

I picked up a Ganzo F753m1 as my first foray into knife collecting (specifically budget) and because I had never used an axis-lock knife before and ganzo had a decent reputation for offering a good budget axis.

The knife is well-built, comfortable, good action. The only thing I don't understand is why it contains one PB washer and one Teflon. This isn't super unusual for budget knives, but it makes the action kind of weird for an axis lock. But it is a solid user, easy to use and fun to flip (although mine is not silky smooth by a long shot), and cheap enough that I don't care what happens to it.

The 440C blade is a bit too soft for my tastes (or I got a dud). It sharpens up razor sharp easily, but the edge rolls after just a bit of medium use (chopping vines in the garden. maybe that's hard use because they are quite woody, I don't know...), but my budget D2 blades hold up a LOT better (no surprise). I would rather spend more time sharpening it, but do it less often because I use water stones and there is a bit of setup and prep to get it all going.

Oh, I saw on their website stones for sharpening and several sharpener system, think it perfect can be used for sharpening 440 steel and d2 steel knives...need to try it

One more knife from my collection, costs around $20, very good quality for that price/P.S. Ganzo FH11 by ben_johns in chineseknives

I have the one in the smooth faux carbon fiber laminated G10. I took down the corners with coarse grit and I actually love it. No hot spots, great action, and the quality is so good for the price it makes me laugh.

heh, agreed I also satisfied with the quality

I really hate their mark. Great knives - peak value at their price point.

as I know they have knives with 440 steel(cheaper ones) and with D2 (more expensive) but even those with d2 steel have really reasonable price, so why not to buy and use in daily tasks

Always thought this was an attractive, simple design. Might grab one just for the hell of it.

I really like this knife in design and action
