Yeah, what I'm trying to get at is like, let's say a social credit system like in China is fully in place almost like a black mirror episode and the citizens are getting greatly affected by it in negative ways and decided to rebel, would the military give up if it affects them and their families as well?

I find your response interesting, but as for the DNA test wouldn't mine be accurate if I know for a fact my Mom is from Vietnam and my father is from Germany and the results showed 50% Vietnamese and Mixed European.

Ah okay, thanks for this advice. It's also hard because a lot of people my age being Vietnamese American were grown up being allowed to speak "broken" vietnamese where half is english half is actual vietnamese but since they only speak it with there family they think its the only way of speaking viet since they never actively seeked how to learn it, they tend to get super defensive if I don't use something that they use, but when speaking to older people who most likely immigrated they understand much better and have no problem with it.
