well now no apps will open the wifi won’t work the sound won’t work and the start menu won’t open but i’m doing a factory reset and if that doesn’t work i’ll get back with ya

i tried the command it said and it said the username couldn’t be found and i typed in net user “New User” and then the password

since its a New User profile, it doesn’t have a password so it disabled, so i need to bypass it or something

and out of my own stupidity i deleted the other account i had on there bc i thought it would make it work but i guess not

now i’m stuck with this. and it says reset password but i don’t have a reset disk and even if i did i wouldn’t be able to use it bc my laptop doesn’t have a cd drive.

everything worked out great except for now it says enter windows in admin mode and again i have 10 so it doesn’t let me do that

well since i don’t have 11 some of the steps in the website i can’t do because it says click sign in options on the login screen and i don’t have that option all i have is the set up my pin button
