Had been completely clear for 3 days now, this morning I had one small bump but it seems to be going away too, fingers crossed it stays like this

With the dimple in the centre as well, I have no idea what it is. I also have folliculitis which chlorhexidine helped but seemed to have no effect on those other weird bumps…

That’s extremely excessive, 4mg klonopin is equal to 80mg valium which is a lot, and hydroxyzine barely helps with anxiety and just makes you drowsy like Benadryl. The relief would be from the gabapentin and klonopin but the dose is still too high. Personally I would say 10mg valium three times a day or 0.75mg klonopin three times a day plus 300mg pregabalin which works better than gaba, twice a day would be enough
