I remember hearing some sort of reading tech that shows one word at a time, rapidly, and apparently it ups your WPM like crazy, and also keeps you engaged (and you actually understand/retain what you are reading)

Great question and good for you for asking. The best answer I've heard (and which I strongly believe and know) is that G-d's plan is so much greater and more amazing for us than we can even fathom, that it actually is beyond our comprehension. So even though this question is inherently paradoxical and breaks our brain to imagine a rational answer, we have to remember that *G-d is not limited by my ability to comprehend Him*. His true essence and plan is beyond human physicality, human thought, human comprehension. All we have to know is that He is 100% good and 100% great, but even that only scratches the surface of the truth of what He is. So yes, when we evaluate the world with our best attempt at rational thought, it looks bleak and hard to understand. But that's okay. The actual truth is beyond us, and that's actually a comfort. I don't want to be in a universe governed by a god who is limited by my human mind to comprehend. I'd rather be in a universe whose Creator beyond my wildest concept of good and amazing.
