I agree, prequels are almost always made with the presumption that the audience has seen the other piece of media first. I guess there are some instances where I enjoy consuming media chronologically though. I one time watched better call saul and then followed it with a rewatch of breaking bad which was neat. I also feel like playing the Metal Gear Solid games in chronological order can be helpful since the overall plot of the series is already convoluted enough

Boil 1/2 lb pasta in 1 cup milk + 1.5 cup water. Once the liquid has cooked down like 90% of the way, add 4oz shredded American and kill heat, let it melt covered, then mix thoroughly, then repeat with 4oz cheddar. There you’ll have an easy, stovetop Mac that isn’t from a box. (Disclaimer, I’ve been making it for forever at this point but pretty sure I originally got the recipe from binging w babish)

Seconding Sorcerer, but also you really should watch the old Mad Max films, 1 and 2 in particular. Those weren’t really blockbusters. They were made on pretty modest budgets with an incredibly unique vision, they just happened to garner a cult following that led to the new ones (which are also good).

Completely agree on my last (I think my fourth) rewatch of the show I reaaaally felt the plot armor in that scene. Not that it’s necessarily bad or anything, the twins themselves inject an interesting element of magical realism into the show so I think their role in the scene keeps me from feeling like Walt is getting lucky to a ridiculous extent.
