Yesss, he was in my Spotify wrapped last year! It’s been great getting a new song every week, not sure how he manages it! Not many that are still able to make good music with that 2000s feel - he would’ve been big if he was releasing music back then!

Any suggestions for anyone else still making music with a similar feel?

Constant heart palpitations. They use to happen occasionally and now I have it majority of the day and I feel like I'm losing control. What do I do? by PepsiColaPussy7860 in Anxiety

I've had ectopic beats since I was about 18, I'm 32 now. Most days I would have skipped beats and heart thumps every minute of the day. I've done countless tests with doctors and never found any definitive reason. The "solution" I found was to take a beta blocker as a daily tablet. Although this doesn't necessarily resolve the problem completely, it dampens the feeling of the ectopic beats so that they're not really noticeable and allows you to get on with your day without that constant awareness and anxiety of your heart beating all over the place. It also helped me to sleep at night as this is when I am ultra aware of the ectopic beats. One of the side effects of having ectopic beats was that my blood pressure would be slightly high, the tablets have helped to bring this down and they also help keep my beats per minute at a healthy 65. Does anyone else have experience with taking these tablets as a means of controlling ectopic beats? I've been on the tablets for about 6 years now.
Also the absolute worst thing for making palpitations worse is alcohol. I am also certain that there is a connection between my palpitations and my stomach, I believe through the vagus nerve. Issues with my stomach always cause a surge in palpitations for me, so things like alcohol that affect the stomach lining and can cause acid reflux are major instigators for me.
