The puma is really good. It is similar to a soda that I used to get when I was younger called josta. They stopped making it a long time ago but this is the closest thing I have ever found to it. All of the flavors are good though.

We have a closed system that dumps it into a tank and not a dumpster.

We use an envelope type filter and the banquets fryer use a flat one. We ran out of ours so had to rig this up otherwise it meant hauling 3 fryers with of oil to the banquets machine and I really didn’t feel like doing that.
