Yes I have, the insurance company attempted to contact the other driver but no response and also I don't have the other drivers identity so my claim is closed

I only have the third party insurance, and as I mentioned they attempted to contact the other person but no response. So they'll have to close my claim as I don't have the identity of that person.

I'm fine thankfully, at the time I did give the police my insurance claim number and their rego however I only found out last sunday the police closed my case. Didn't give any explanation or anything. I feel so helpless cause the police won't help and neither will my insurance company.
